“Seared Charleston Halibut with Chorizo, Heirloom Rancho Gordo Black & White Bean Cassoulet” with MasterChef Eoghain O’Neill from Restaurant O

MasterChef O’Neill has created this World Premier Recipe especially for the 130th Anniversary of the Coos History Museum. Those in attendance will see its preparation publicly unveiled, make, and taste it for the very first time.
Cassoulet is the pinnacle of regional French home cooking, and how better to learn to make it than from a MasterChef who trained in London under Gordon Ramsay, and in three star restaurants in Paris and several other European capitals, as well as in Singapore and the Caribbean. Come along with MasterChef O’Neill during his cooking class and be transported on a virtual journey offering extraordinary results that you can enjoy in your very own home.
Restaurant O aprons will also be available for purchase at the restaurant for an additional $25.00, as well as a bottle of 2018 Les Tourelles de la Crée, Montagny Premier Cru Chablis (Chardonnay) Bronze Medal winner at the Decanter World Wine Awards – owned by Domaine Serene for an additional $40.00.
All participants will receive a kit and Zoom link to the virtual class from MasterChef O’Neill. To register for this program, please fill out the information to the left by October 27th at 5:00 PM. Food kits can be picked up at Restaurant O on Saturday, October 30th from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM. If you need your order shipped, that will take place on Wednesday the 27th with FedEx 48 hour shipping which will be paid by the participant. If you need your kit shipped, you must include your address in the “comment” section of the form to the left, otherwise it will be expected that you will pick up your kit at Restaurant O on October 30th. If you have any allergies, please be sure to add that in the “comment” section as well.
