
Pacific Seafood Virtual Cooking Class by Chef Eoghain O’Neill
Don’t stress about a taxi or babysitter. Purchase a cooking kit through the Coos History Museum to participate alongside Restaurant “O” master Chef Eoghain O’Neill during this incredibly delicious online cooking class. The dish will be Seared local Salmon and Algherese Risotto (a sun dried tomato, caper berries, and tomato based risotto). Purchase a kit and attend this virtual class by filling out the “ticket” information to the left. You will then receive a zoom invite/link from Chef O’Neill the weekend before the event. Cooking kits must be picked up at Restaurant “O” on October 18th between 12:00 and 5:00 PM.
All kits must be purchased by October 16th by 5:00 PM. There are only 50 kits available at $29.99 each (kits and class valued at $75.00). Must be a resident of Oregon. No refunds available at this time.
