At this time, registration for this preview is limited to 35 attendees. If registration for this event reaches capacity, we will host an additional member preview on February 18th from 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM. Please register at your earliest convenience so that we can plan accordingly and ensure all members who are interested in this event will have the opportunity to attend. Also, please keep in mind that all attendees will be required to wear a face covering and participate in physical distancing.
Please join us for light drinks, snacks, an exhibit presentation, and of course, to view the new exhibit! All museum exhibits will be available for viewing and the museum store will be open. This exhibit will open to the public on February 19th.
We invite our members to come explore the history of medicine in Coos County. This exhibit will feature a large sampling of the various establishments, people, tools, and continuing indigenous traditional medicinal practices that contributed to the health of Southern Oregon Coast communities since the 1800s.
