Thursday, September 10 at 6:00 PM, the first meeting of Unlimited Book Club will take place on Zoom. This book club is a joint venture of the Coos History Museum, Coos Bay Library, and North Bend Library.

This book club was formed: to encourage awareness and foster community discussions on equity, diversity, and inclusion through reading and thoughtful
conversation.

The club will meet every second Thursday. The first meeting will be an opportunity for members to meet and discuss the group’s purpose, ground rules, and future titles. The first title, selected by organizers, is When They Call You a Terrorist: A Black Lives Matter Memoir by Patrisse Khan-Cullors and Asha Bandele. Suggestions for future readings will come from book club members.

Registration is free. Those interested but uncertain if this club is what they are looking for are invited to attend the first meeting as there is no obligation to stay. To join, please go to https://tinyurl.com/y63w4r35. After signing up, participants will be sent the link for the Zoom meeting
