
The Coos History Museum and the League of Women Voters will be hosting a Women’s Luncheon in celebration of Women’s History Month.
The Women’s Luncheon will take place on March 31st, 2022 from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM in the Coos History Museum Sprague Gallery. The cost for CHM members is $15 and the cost for non-members is $20.
*Registration: This program will be held in-person only, space is limited to 40 participants, and registration must be completed by March 30th at 5:00 PM, so please register at your earliest convenience.

Upon arrival to the Women’s Luncheon, guests will receive a free raffle ticket for a prize composed of gifts and products from local woman-owned businesses. Additional raffle tickets will be available for purchase, and the winner will be announced at the conclusion of the program. Leading off the lunch, enjoy a live performance as Alice Carlson recites a monologue featuring an important historical woman, Esther Lockhart. Following the presentation, participate in a table activity related to additional legendary ladies in Coos County history. Join in discussion, networking, and camaraderie all while partaking in a light lunch, refreshments, dessert, and an opportunity to view the museum exhibits!
Lunch will include a variety of small sandwiches, fruits, vegetables, and sweets. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please include this information in the “comments” section of the registration form and/or send an email to education@cooshistory.org, and we will do our best to provide appropriate alternatives and accommodations.
Face masks and face coverings are welcome, but not required.
