Whether you are looking for a good book, a unique gift, or one of a kind local items, shopping with us is a great way to support local authors, artisans, and your museum along with enriching the lives of friends and family!

Our Museum Store is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm.  You may order books online and we offer shipping anywhere in the United States. Please be aware shipping and processing may take 9-14 days. The mission of the Coos History Museum Store is to generate revenue to support exhibits and programs by providing continuing education materials and remembrances of the visit that focus on the intellectual, civic and cultural life of Oregon’s South Coast.

Learn all about the city of Bandon, a picturesque seaside town once one of the most busiest seaports between San Francisco and Portland. Named for one of the settler's Irish hometowns it made its mark as an exporter of lumber, minerals and agriculture. Fires in 1914 and 1936 devastated the landscape, but Bandon quickly rebuilt and has never lost its reputation as a scenic destination and home of a thriving cranberry industry and world famous golf course the Bandon Dunes.
