Your gift helps preserve the objects, photographs, and personal histories that tell those stories—and brings them to life through exhibits, school visits, and hands-on learning.
Preserving local history takes ongoing care. Rising costs for utilities, insurance, building maintenance, and daily operations put added pressure on the resources needed to care for our collections and share them with the community.
Your gift helps provide safe storage for irreplaceable objects and archives, maintain our museum building, and support the staff and supplies that make this work possible.
We’ve raised $124,000 toward our $175,000 annual fundraising goal. Help us raise the remaining $51,000 by December 31 to meet these essential needs.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the Coos History Museum relies on generous supporters like you. For over 130 years, we’ve been the stewards of our community’s shared past—preserving stories, safeguarding artifacts, and making history accessible to all.
