First Tuesday Talks

The Coos History Museum's new lecture series "First Tuesday Talks" takes place every First Tuesday of the month at 6:30pm in the Sprague Gallery. Sponsored by Al Peirce Company with additional support from The Mill Casino, Tuesday Talks are free with paid Museum Admission and CHM Members get in free. The Museum store and galleries will be open 6 - 8:30 PM. Tuesday Talks are free with paid Museum Admission, CHM Members get in free. Second Sundays: Family Fun Day

Every Second Sunday the Museum admission is FREE to the public all day. Additionally, from 1pm-3pm kids, and the young at heart, enjoy hands-on activities and crafts in the Sprague Gallery. Activities have included 3D Printing Demonstrations, knot tying, Valentines with much more to come. 

Coos Bay Winter Market

The Coos History Museum's Sprague Gallery is home to the Coos Bay Winter Market November through April. If you're looking for artisan breads, fresh produce, cakes, fudge, coffee/teas, fresh hummus, or a nice warm tamale come on down! The Market is open 10am - 2pm every Wednesday through April 26, 2017. Now accepting EBT!

Knot Club

The last Sunday of every month our Knot Club gets together to share their knot tying skills. Join the group and learn how to tie all sorts of knots. Members enjoy working on various projects throughout the year. All levels welcome!
